Orthopedic & Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Chelsea Barnes is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut before receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University.
Chelsea is passionate about providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy through individualized, evidence-based care. She believes every patient deserves the time, attention, and personalized treatment necessary to address the root cause of their symptoms, achieve lasting results, and confidently return to the activities they love.
After becoming a mom and navigating her own journey through infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, Chelsea developed a deep passion for women's health physical therapy. Those experiences have shaped both her clinical practice and her mission to provide compassionate, empowering care for women throughout every stage of life.
When she's not in the clinic, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her son and dog, traveling with friends and family, going on morning runs, staying active, and soaking up beach days whenever she can. She believes movement should be a lifelong source of health and joy and is passionate about helping others build that same confidence in their everyday lives.
